I work with adults of all ages who are introspective and curious about themselves. I specialize in working with young professionals in the helping professions, such as therapists, nurses, and doctors. I recognize that people are not a set of problems that need to be fixed, and I see symptoms as important signals that call attention to deeper issues rather than as just problems to be managed.

I have interest and experience in working with those who have experienced complex trauma, helping them regain connection with themselves and others. I am dedicated to creating a trusting and meaningful therapeutic relationship, which forms the basis of the healing process and is especially important in trauma work.

A graduate of Widener University, I hold Masters degrees in Social Work and Human Sexuality Education. I have also completed the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy program at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia, where I remain involved in continuing educational programming. Before entering private practice, I worked in a community mental health center providing mental health services to a wide variety of clients.
